The communication through automated email was great. Direct communication was a bit tricky but it was around the thanksgiving holiday that we were trying to get it taken care of. The person handling our claim was very knowledgeable though, and was able to help us get our issue resolved. Very happy with their service.
We had our Elliptical machine repaired this week and were very happy with the service we received. We were assigned a technician the day after reporting the issue. Service tech arrived exactly on time and was very professional. Repair was done in less than 15 minutes and everything works great
I bought a IMAC desktop computer 2 1/2 years ago as well as the 3 year protection plan. The computer display broke. My protection plan said I needed to contact the retail store where I bought it to have them fix it, unfortunately the business went bankrupt. I filed a claim with Safeware and their response was immediate. I kept in phone and email contact with the Claims Adjuster who was great to work with. They were willing to pay for the repair even thought I was using another Apple repair retail store. I emailed my receipt to the claims adjustor and her response was immediate. The reimbursement into my checking account was within two days.
I purchased a treadmill from Horizon and I got the extended warranty the warranty serviced by Safeware. I have had minimal problems with the machine but recently I had an issue with the console. I was able to get connected with the insurance company quickly and they got a technician out to fix my problem in the matter of a week and a half. I appreciate having the service completed quickly because the treadmill is a part of my daily life.
I'm updating my previous review and single-star rating, so I can give credit for the outreach, both in the message shared with me on this review and via a call. I spoke with a lovely Safeware employee, Sarah, who listened to my concerns and responded quickly. Having said that, I am holding back a star for one reason: the company does not have an effective way to seek help from a live person. In our case, when our claim number wasn't available, we were prompted to seek assistance from Safeware's Solution Center. But when we selected this option, the phone would ring once and then go silent. I understand that picking up calls and speaking with customers isn't always possible, but there isn't a way even to leave a voicemail. People seem genuinely nice and concerned at Safeware, so I hope they can try calling in themselves to get the customer experience and then make tweaks accordingly.
I recently filed a claim with Safeware for our treadmill which just quit working. They sent a tech out who took it apart and figured out what was wrong. Parts were ordered and shipped directly to us. The same tech came back and fixed the treadmill quickly. Everyone I talked to both at Safeware and the tech were friendly and helpful. Thanks
I would never have guessed I'd be in such capable hands with my Safeware Claim. They truly went above and beyond what I considered the value of my Extended Warranty. I'm extremely happy with the results, and my recliner is as good as new. Thank you so much! Great job!
My communication with safeware was excellent. My claim adjuster Teresa Oden handle my claim quickly. I had no issues with going back and forth with e mails or phone calls. She was reachable every time but issue I had my repair coast twice as the product coast and safeware only covered 1/3 of repair coast. I belive when a person purchase a extended warranty that states covers labor and parts expect more than that.
